About the Artist

As long as I can remember I was always drawing, or creating art of some kind.  I am spellbound by the beauty around us. I paint mostly landscapes. Capturing light, shapes, colors, textures, patterns,  and the feeling that nature elicits, is my goal.  Many people say that my work is very tranquil, and peaceful to look at.  Hopefully I can help you feel the magic that I feel when I look at and paint these scenes.

Watercolor is my favorite medium, but I love any kind of drawing medium, oil pastels, and Acrylic.

I am a former art teacher, and now working as a professional artist. I also teach occasional classes.  I am a member of local art groups that I display my artwork with.

I hope seeing my artwork makes you as happy as it makes me to create it.
